Magazine!  And to help celebrate, Halo will produce a fashion bonanza at the Skirt Magazine birthday party, April 30 at The Westin Savannah Harbor.  Tickets are $20 and that includes 2 drink tickets, one raffle ticket and all the good times you can stand.  Women aren’t the only ones who read Skirt!
